We were the engineers of record on the renovation to the Main Trading Floor and 14th floor offices for the former tenant Morgan Keegan with LRK Architects. We renovated the existing variable air volume reheat box system and ductwork to accommodate the increased loads. Water-cooled Liebert computer room equipment was installed allowing 24-hour per day cooling from a mechanical system that only operates Monday through Friday. The 50 North Front Street building is 21 stories and 403 feet tall making it the second-highest building in Memphis.
